SERVICES

MOVEMENT ASSESSMENT & PROGRAM CREATION
$150
Every body is very different.
You will work with our exercise physiologist through different movements assessments to determine which stretches and exercises your body specifically needs.
This is highly recommended for anyone beginning exercise after a history of injuries.

GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
$50
PER SESSION
We LOVE the community each small group builds since you have regular days and group members.
This is where you get pushed to your limits safely with the encouragement of like minded people.
*Maximum 4 clients to ensure individual attention*

1-ON-1
PERSONAL TRAINING
$85
PER SESSION
1-on-1 coaching through your exercise program, or a specialized exercise and nutrition barrier problem solving session.
*1 hour with trainer + associated prep and documentation
