Ladies only Lifting Clinic 3rd Saturday of each month at 11:30 AM​




We want to make sure every lady at the RACC feels confident in their form and their strength!

On the 3rd Saturday of each month at 11:30 AM we will be hosting a ladies only lifting clinic focusing on one lift each month.
​
This February, we'll cover another foundational movement for improving strength and wellness: The Bench Press!
​
We will cover the form, mechanics, recommended warm-ups, and post Bench stretches.
​
This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with other ladies focused on strength and ensure you are exercising with the proper form!
Food For Thought Talks
Monthly Wellness Seminars the 4th Saturday of each month at 11:30 AM​
​We believe knowledge is POWER, and health is wealth.

Starting in February we will be kicking off monthly wellness seminars focused mostly on how our eating and habits can change our life.
​
Led by our award winning Nutritionist- we will spend each month breaking down the science of wellness, nutrition, and exercise.
​
February is a Special extended seminar focusing on HEART HEALTH!
-Guest speaker and lieutenant Firefighter Evan Aas explaining what a heart attack is and how to spot the signs.
-Emily laying out the details of heart healthy nutrition and lifestyle practices to protect your most important muscle!
-Plus a free yoga and COREdio class!​
